Technofest was for the fourth consecutive year, a State Level  Project Competition Cum Exhibition sponsored by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education,  Mumbai for the polytechnic students and the very first event of a International Level Project Competition Cum Exhibition for Diploma & Degree students.  This platform provides an opportunity to the students to showcase their technical awareness & presentation skills students from various regions had come together to exchange their ideas & view developing synergies towards international integration.

As a part of the curriculum of the Third Year Diploma course, students undertake a project under the guidance of a teacher.  This provides following benefits:
